Shortcuts can be placed on the desktop automatically during the installation process. Someone else was unhappy that the extras weren't built into PSP. 28 digits with hyphens along the way to make it simpler to copy the code.
I read a review that said the numbers are too long. choose which software you want to install first, accept the agreement by checking a box, and choose installation options (there aren't many, very easy to do), and enter a serial number. The next step was to put the CD in the computer and install each of the "extras" one by one. When the package was delivered by Amazon first thing this morning, it was very simple to enter the serial number that's on the CD sleeve and the purchase was complete. In my opinion, it just keeps getting better with each new version of PSP. It's a very attractive and streamlined workspace. The first one I changed was the color of the workspace to dark gray. :) So I downloaded the trial version of PSP Ultimate from the Corel site and was able to play with it last night and set all my preferences.
I made the purchase last night and even though Amazon indicated I'd have the disc in my hand by this morning, I was impatient. I took a chance anyway and it was a flawless process. $84.52 for not only the original software but also for the bonus pack from Amazon! Before purchasing, I read reviews that weren't very flattering, mostly related to download/installation issues. I couldn't be happier with PaintShop Pro 2020 Ultimate, Amazon exclusive version! I'm a long time user of PSP since the days of Jasc, and I couldn't be more pleased with 2020 Ultimate.
